Our goal is to make package tracking in Chile as simple as possible. Chilean ecommerce grows year after year and with it the frustration of having to visit multiple courier websites to know where your packages are. Technology Behind Chiletrackr

Chiletrackr uses a three-tier tracking system to always give you the most updated information. The first tier is advanced courier APIs: for Chilexpress we use their official API with OAuth2 authentication, and for Starken we use their developer platform. The second tier is TrackingMore, a professional service aggregating information from over 1,200 international carriers for global coverage. The third tier is direct courier website scrapers as a backup. This three-tier architecture means you'll always have information, even when one system fails.

How often does tracking data update?
For account users, we automatically update all active shipments every hour. Each time you manually search a tracking number we also query the courier system in real time.
Is Chiletrackr affiliated with Chilean couriers?
No. Chiletrackr is an independent platform that queries publicly available courier information. We have no commercial affiliation with Chilexpress, Correos de Chile, Starken, Blue Express, or any other courier.
Can I track international DHL or FedEx shipments with Chiletrackr?
Yes. In addition to Chilean couriers, Chiletrackr integrates with over 1,200 international carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and many more through our TrackingMore integration.
How do I delete my Chiletrackr data?
If you have a Chiletrackr account, you can delete all your data from your profile in the Danger Zone section. Without an account, tracking searches are not permanently stored in our systems.
